Form Validation Styles

This tutorial explains styles available in M# to display validation warning messages on forms. The default waning style is “Messagebox” and all the validation messages are displayed in one message box. You can change the validation style of any form by specifying “Warning Styles” attribute. The screenshot below displays a list of all the available warning styles on a login form Module in M#

You can select multiple related styles to customise the validation messages e.g. “Before Control” and “Message Box”.

The warning styles selected in above screenshot will display an asterix (*) sign before the input control and a full messages will be shown in a summary box, as shown below:
